1. Your statutory rights. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. The site. We reserve the right to change details and prices on any part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without notice. We will, however, honour any bona fide order made before such changes.

3. Delivery area. We despatch to all UK destinations, using First Class mail.

4. Payment. We will debit your credit/charge card when we receive your order.

5. Delivery. We need two working days to prepare and despatch your order, so for instance orders received on a working Monday will normally be despatched the following Wednesday.Alternatively, we will despatch it on a day specified by you after these two days, provided that there is a postal collection on the day you specify. If there is no suitable collection on the day you specify, we will post it, when possible, on the nearest day before such date.

6. Our guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason with the card when you receive it, you may return it at any time up until the birthdate printed on the card, and we will refund your money.

7. Personal details. We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.
